Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Around 2 years post-graduation experience in building services or MEP consultancy preferred.
• Technically strong with genuine interest in engineering and curious about how systems work.
• Confident communicator able to engage with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of electrical building services designs across RIBA Stages 2-4.
• Produce electrical calculations, specifications, drawings and technical documentation.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary MEP design projects across sectors.
• Assist with design reviews, coordination and problem solving.
• Support senior engineers and Directors with client-facing project work.
• Develop understanding of wider consultancy services including design management and construction monitoring.
• Take increasing ownership of technical deliverables and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, project managers and clients.
