Job summary

WR Engineering in Worcester is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to contribute to building services and HVAC projects. You will design LV electrical layouts for several concurrent schemes, select equipment, and perform design calculations to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires 18th Edition qualification, an electrical engineering background (HNC or degree), and AutoCAD proficiency. You will engage with customers via Teams and help plan projects while ensuring compliance and safe,

Qualifications

Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services / HVAC

Electrical Design Engineer is required to join a design and build contractor, with a background in electrical building services from an Electrical Contractor or Building Services Consultancy background or machinery.

Package

£45K-£53K

• 25 days holiday, pension

We require someone to hit the ground running so only able to accept applications from local individuals with electrical design experience in building services or large machinery.

• An experienced Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer
• Likely to have worked in a manufacturing environment, Electrical Contractor or Building Services Consultancy
• 18th Edition qualified
• Electrical Design skills are essential
• HNC or degree in Electrical Engineering
• AutoCAD experience/qualification
• Design calculation software experience is preferable
• Driving licence
