Overview

The Scotland (Central Belt) office for the HV/LV Power Electrical Services contracting division of a leading independent, multi–disciplined service provider that employs over 600 people in the UK and overseas with a turnover in excess of 75 million. This international mechanical & electrical engineering group can design, manufacture, install, maintain and service electrical solutions to customers across a broad range of industrial and commercial sectors.

The Role

Design and specification of electrical installations, from low voltage (LV) to 33kV systems. Comprehensive modelling of electrical systems, including load calculations, fault level assessments, and coordination of protective measures. Ensuring designs and on–site work comply with relevant standards and regulations.

The Person

Previous experience of electrical services design, ideally with an emphasis in Power Engineering however this is not essential. Opportunities for career advancement are excellent as this role is currently undertaken by sub–contractors and the long term plan is for this role / team to grow.

Salary

From c 50k to c 65k for 37.5 hours a week. The package includes:

• Car 460 Lease car value per month or 550 / month cash allowance.
