The Role:
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of electrical systems across a range of commercial and residential projects. You'll be responsible for producing high–quality design solutions, collaborating closely with clients, architects, and other disciplines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical design solutions from concept to construction stage.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings and carry out site inspections when necessary.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design within the building services sector.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience working on commercial and residential projects.
• Proficient in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux/Relux).
• Strong understanding of current electrical regulations (BS7671, etc.).
