A leading energy company is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for their Stevenage office. This role involves producing high-quality electrical designs that meet industry standards and contributing to project success in a diverse team environment. The company offers a salary of £65,241, additional benefits, and a hybrid working model after a probationary period.
This Electrical Design Engineer will report to the Design Lead and will work within Capital Programme based in our Stevenage or Colchester offices. You will be a permanent employee.
You will attract a salary of £65,241 plus car allowance and a bonus of 3%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Working across an APP and OHL/Cable Portfolio, you will produce high quality electrical designs to an agreed scope. Designs to be delivered to cost, time and quality targets.
All designs must meet UK Power Networks design and CDM standards.
You will work as part of a diverse team, delivering design technical excellence
The post holder is required to undertake site visits as part of this role and this will include entry to operational substations where compliance with safety rules and procedures is mandatory.
