Electrical Design Engineer

A highly recognised Engineering Consultancy is on the lookout for multiple Electrical Design Engineers to join the team working on a project within the Oil & Gas industry.

They're looking for engineers to be involved in concept studies through to detailed design, providing a variety of interesting work. Additionally, they're looking for your technical input for projects and/or proposals, including preparation, checking and/or approval of engineering documentation, equipment, and materials.

The ideal skillset is below:

  • Good working knowledge of design practices and installation requirements of the discipline across a range of industries with extensive UK legislation and standards and HSE requirements.
  • Engineering experience in the Oil & Gas, Nuclear and/or Water sectors.
  • Experience in the requirements for CE marking of plant and equipment, including ATEX, PED, Low Voltage Directive, Machinery Directive.
  • EMC Compliance.
