Job summary

Turner Property Recruitment are assisting their client in the search for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a well-established and growing engineering team delivering a wide range of technically diverse and high-profile projects.

This role offers hybrid working and exposure to high-rise residential, commercial fit-out, healthcare, defence, retail and large-scale international developments. You will work with clients and multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience in electrical design within consultancy or contractor environment.
• Working towards chartered status or keen to progress.
• Strong experience with design software including Amtech, Dialux or similar.
• Proficient in CAD and ideally Revit.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Motivated, organised and keen to develop.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical design calculations using software such as Amtech, Dialux and Relux
• Deliver designs using CAD and BIM tools including Revit
• Attend client and project meetings, presenting design solutions
• Undertake condition surveys and technical assessments
• Carry out third-party design reviews
• Support project delivery from inception through to completion
• Contribute to site monitoring and oversee installation works

Electrical Design Engineer

Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting their client in the search for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a well-established and growing engineering team delivering a wide range of technically diverse and high-profile projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking to work across a broad mix of sectors, including high-rise residential, commercial fit out, healthcare, defence, retail and large-scale international developments.

You will play a key role in delivering electrical design solutions while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.

The Role

• Produce electrical design calculations using software such as Amtech, Dialux and Relux
• Deliver designs using CAD and BIM tools including Revit
• Attend client and project meetings, presenting design solutions
• Undertake condition surveys and technical assessments
• Carry out third-party design reviews
• Support project delivery from inception through to completion

About You
