The role
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will support the team in providing their design capability, where the activities are generally focused on the provision of new, or modification to electrical power distribution assets/equipment and their supporting supervisory control and data acquisition systems.
Day–to–day, you'll be involved in design projects where you'll undertake a variety of activities in support of design development and produce design deliverables across the entire design lifecycle (start–up, concept, scheme, detail, and implementation). Further responsibilities will also include:
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite at Devonport.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
