Our client, a leading Water company in the South East, is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of water-related systems. Your expertise in electrical engineering will contribute to the delivery of solutions that meet industry standards and address the unique challenges of the water sector.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in electrical design engineering, preferably within the water industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in designing electrical circuits, control panels, and other related systems
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Expertise in using electrical design software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement electrical designs, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Scope writing
- Site visits
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs
