Overview

Electrical Design Engineer - Stafford - Permanent - AutoCAD - £35-45k plus hybrid, 30 days holiday, bonus scheme & private healthcare cover

Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a specialist Stafford based engineering company. The Electrical Design Engineer role will suit an Engineer with a Degree and around 1-3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience with AutoCAD software for 2D electrical modelling and control panel design
• Produce detailed schematics and accurate technical drawings
• Analyse and resolve design-related issues effectively
• Develop wiring diagrams, ensuring proper connections and adherence to safety standards
• Knowledge of different types of electrical components and their functionalities, including selecting appropriate components for specific applications

Requirements

• Qualified to at least Degree level – essential
• Experience in electrical design (around 1-3 years)
• British passport holder and residence in the UK for at least the last 5 years (security clearance will be processed at basic level)
• Experience with AutoCAD for 2D electrical modelling
