Senior Electrical or Mechanical Design Engineer - Up to £65,000 plus Benefits

Company Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an organization involved in diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and bespoke building services design. You will collaborate closely with a director with over 20 years of industry experience.

Your Role

You will utilize AutoCAD or relevant software in either mechanical or electrical design. Responsibilities include designing new engineering products and processes, analyzing prototype data, researching new ideas, and improving existing products and processes. You will also be involved in installing and commissioning systems such as heating, ventilation, and lighting, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of your work.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, installing, operating, and monitoring technical building services, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You should be capable of managing projects technically and commercially, considering safety, financial, and environmental factors, and ensuring client and end-user needs are met.
