Electrical Design Engineer
Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 + Benefits
Hours: 37.75/week Days Permanent
Location: Leicester

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll play a key role in electrical system design, project reviews, and technical support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce wiring diagrams using AutoCAD

• Review and approve design documentation

• Conduct DFMEA and track budgets

• Support sales, service, and customer teams

• Contribute to business strategy and meet KPIs

Requirements:

• Background in electrical design engineering

• Electrical engineering qualifications

• Knowledge of IEC

  60204 & 61439
  

• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential); experience with Autodesk, Creo, Siemens (advantageous)
