Job summary

Keighley College seeks a Course Leader in Electrical to drive the provision across Keighley and Harrogate Colleges. You will set direction for the Electrical curriculum, oversee teaching and assessment, and work with employers to keep programmes industry-aligned.

You will lead curriculum planning, ensure high standards, and support staff and learners to achieve excellent outcomes, across both campuses in a growing provision.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience delivering teaching/training in FE or Apprenticeships.
• Ability to develop high-quality curriculum and assessments.
• Commitment to industry-relevant provision and learner outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Electrical programmes across campuses.
• Drive learner recruitment, attendance, retention, and progression.
• Mentor curriculum staff to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment.
• Monitor learner performance and implement interventions.
• Collaborate with employers and industry partners on content relevance.
• Lead curriculum planning and quality improvement activities.
