Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems and control panels, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
  • Develop and program control systems for process automation.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to ensure system integration.
  • Verify designs meet performance and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and testing at customer sites.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage electrical BOMs and specifications for procurement.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing and field teams.
  • Improve system designs for better performance and efficiency.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for system failures.
  • Develop electrical design standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Vocational Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in designing electrical systems and control panels in industrial settings.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks Electrical or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of electrical standards and safety codes.
  • Effective problem-solving and project management skills.

Preferred (not mandatory):

  • Experience with embedded controls and programming.
  • Certification in industrial automation or electrical engineering.
