Senior Electrical Controls Engineer – Hull Area

Elevation Recruitment is partnering with a leading engineering firm to find a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer for their expanding team near Hull.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead electrical design for system controls and components
2. Develop & modify PLC software (Siemens TIA Portal)
3. Produce detailed control system drawings (AutoCAD Electrical)
4. Ensure standards & compliance (EN ISO 13849, IEC 62061)
5. Stay ahead of the curve in machine automation

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong experience in PLC, SCADA, Drives & Control Systems
2. Hands-on expertise in Siemens TIA Portal & integrated safety
3. Ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams
4. Knowledge of British & international standards
5. Experience in rail environments (advantageous)

Qualifications: Minimum HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
