Electrical Contracts Manager - Scotland

This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager who is very personable with good commercial awareness to progress to the next level. You will have regular interaction with project managers and contracts Managers from the top 10 UK construction companies. Spend 50% in the office and 50% of your time on sites. Dealing with your own projects from start to finish, Electrical installation values would range from 100k - 1 Million. Management and correct allocation of labour and materials is essential working on small to large construction projects within commercial.

Responsibilities:

1. Management of Electrical labour and materials, Electricians, mates and Improvers.
2. Take responsibility for spend on projects.
3. Liaise with client, site supervisors, project managers.
4. Oversee running the P&L for projects.
5. Excellent opportunity for progression.

Requirements:

1. JIB qualified Electrician / Manager.
2. Experienced in SWA, lighting, Containment work within commercial or utilities sites.
3. Good commercial site experience.
4. Must be a commutable distance from Glasgow.

Salary: Up to 60k basic + package
