Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. are currently recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager to lead electrical projects across commercial, industrial, rail, and specialist infrastructure sectors from our West Midlands base in Wombourne.

You'll manage multiple projects from award to handover, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, plan resources, control costs, and maintain health and safety across sites, with a competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000 and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services and installations.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Based within commutable distance of Wombourne, with travel to project sites around the Midlands.

Position: Electrical Contracts Manager

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

Electrical Project Manager required for an established construction and building services company based in Wombourne, delivering electrical projects across commercial, industrial, rail, and specialist infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
• Project planning.
• Resource coordination.
• Subcontractor management.
• Cost control.
• Procurement.
• Health and safety compliance.
• Client liaison.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical building services and installations.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Based within commutable distance of Wombourne, with flexibility to travel to project sites as required, around the Midlands.
• Previous experience delivering rail projects highly advantageous.
• ECS or CSCS Card and / or SMSTS qualification advantageous.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary - £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
