Our client, a reputable and growing M&E contractor, is looking for a dynamic Electrical Contracts Manager to join their Sheffield team. With a strong pipeline of work across Yorkshire and the UK, they're known for their commitment to quality, safety, and long-standing relationships with high-profile clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Overseeing multiple electrical contracts from pre-start through to final account, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery.
2. Driving site safety, compliance and best practice — leading by example at all times.
3. Managing project programmes and resource planning to eliminate delays and maximise efficiency.
4. Taking ownership of commercial aspects, including cost forecasting, CVR reviews and subcontractor engagement.
5. Maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company at site meetings and progress reviews.
6. Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards are met throughout every stage of the project.

We're Looking For Someone With:

1. Proven experience managing electrical projects/contracts within commercial or industrial settings.
2. Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, NEC contracts (especially Early Warning & Compensation Events), and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
3. Inspection & Testing (2392), SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to manage site teams and liaise with clients confidently.
5. A commercial mindset and ability to analyse project costs, progress, and risks effectively.
