Hays Building Services is assisting an M+E Contractor in Cirencester with recruiting an Electrical Contracts Manager to support their growing team.

Your New Role

You will project manage electrical services installation contracts from handover of estimate to completion, analyze labour resource requirements, control labour and costs, conduct site visits, monitor work progress, and ensure quality standards are met on time.

You will liaise with clients, engineers, builders, architects, surveyors, and internal teams, attending project and technical meetings to maintain relationships and ensure project success.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You should have solid knowledge of electrical project management, understanding technical, commercial, and contractual aspects, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The role offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per year plus a car, on a permanent basis.
