The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects - on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the project lifecycle from procurement to completion.
2. Managing plant, materials, and subcontractor packages.
3. Coordinating labour and overseeing the full project team.
4. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and contractors.
5. Managing the delivery of products and machinery to site.
6. Ensuring all contractual and H&S requirements are met efficiently.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills. You'll need:

1. A degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trades qualification.
2. Prior experience in a similar Contracts Manager role.
3. Full UK driving licence.
4. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
6. High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
7. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
