Job summary

Regen Solutions is looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager based in Essex to oversee maintenance works in social housing and commercial sectors. The role focuses on managing reactive repairs in occupied and void properties across Essex and is offered on a permanent basis with a van and fuel card provided.

The successful candidate will bring prior electrical contracts management experience and be able to handle 5–6 active contracts across multiple sites in the South East.

Qualifications

• 2391/2394/2395 electrical qualifications required.
• Previous electrical contracts manager experience.
• Ability to manage 5-6 contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage maintenance works in the Social Housing and Commercial sector.

£55,000 - £65,000 - Van & fuel card provided

Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Electrical contracts manager to oversee and manage maintenance works In the Social Housing and Commercial sector.

The majority of the work will be managing day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Essex area.

This is a permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Our Client: - A reputable and well established maintenance contractor who have a number of flagship contracts across the South East.

• 2391 or 2394 & 2395
