Job Title: Electrical Contracts & Projects Manager

Location: UK-wide travel + weekly in Birmingham

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts & Projects Manager to oversee a national portfolio of sites, each supported by a dedicated engineer or team. You will be the main point of contact for clients and engineers, with opportunities to enhance standards, performance, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of site-based engineers across various UK locations.
2. Manage testing programmes, compliance works, and remedial projects.
3. Build trusted relationships with clients and identify commercial opportunities.
4. Quote and tender for electrical works within your portfolio.
5. Ensure safe working practices and conduct regular site audits and toolbox talks.
6. Take full commercial ownership of contracts, including forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.

Requirements:

1. A relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
2. Proven experience managing electrical contracts and leading teams.
3. Strong knowledge of compliance, RAMS, and H&S procedures.
4. Confidence in quoting and managing the commercial aspects of contracts.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, both client-facing and internal.
6. Willingness to travel across the UK and spend weekly time in Birmingham.
