About The Role

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and man-age a team of supervisors and engineers across multiple contracts and various client sites.
  • Oversee the delivery of Fixed Wire Testing, Electrical Remedial Works, and Thermal Imaging to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and performance of the team.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks on completed works.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and compliance.
  • Support the professional development and training of team members.
Essential hiring criteria
  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.
  • City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent.
  • Proven management experience, ideally within a compliance or testing environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical compliance, health & safety, and industry best practice.
