A leading engineering firm in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Electrical CAD Technician to join their in-house CAD team. You will work alongside skilled designers on complex projects within the water industry. Ideal candidates will have a degree in engineering, skills in AutoCAD and 3D modelling, and excellent communication abilities. Qualifications

• Qualified to degree / HND / HNC level in Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in the use of AutoCAD & 3D modelling.
• Keen focus on quality whilst also being able to work at pace.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality detailed models based on current and new designs.
• Independently manage timescales against project programmes.
• Produce accurate and detailed drawings.
• Check quality of information collected on site.
• Maintain accurate drawing records.
