Job summary

Marble Talent Group is seeking an experienced Electric Project Design Lead to join their dynamic and growing team in the United Kingdom. You will lead the design and delivery of multiple Electrical Building Services projects from concept through to completion, coordinating design activities and ensuring delivery to high technical standards.

You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to Electrical Design Engineers, promoting best practice, quality, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Strong Building Services design experience.
• Experience leading M&E design teams.
• Electrical technical background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of multiple Electrical Building Services projects from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate all electrical design activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.
• Manage project programmes, design resources and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and client requirements.
• Act as the primary electrical design contact for clients, consultants and internal project teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to Electrical Design Engineers, promoting professional development and best practice.
• Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement across the electrical design function, ensuring efficient and sustainable design solutions.
