Working closely with our Technical Director, and Associate Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of electrical design and management on a wide variety of construction and maintenance projects. The Cumbria team continues to deliver a dynamic and meaningful programme of work, with recent success marked by the completion of the Maryport Activity Centre refurbishment as part of a wider regeneration initiative with Cumberland Council. Building on this momentum, the team is now preparing tenders for several local projects aimed at enhancing the area for both residents and visitors. Meanwhile, our dedicated M&E team is managing £6M worth of planned Fabric and M&E maintenance across Westmorland and Furness Council's corporate and educational estates, ensuring essential infrastructure is maintained to the highest standards. On site, progress is underway on a vibrant café and community hub on Walney Island, the refurbishment of the Coroner's Court in Workington, and a fresh office space for Cumbria Youth Alliance. Additionally, the team is delivering vital school extensions for multiple local authorities, reinforcing their commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure across the region and ensuring the buildings where our children are educated are safe, modern, and efficient.
