Role: Electrical Building Maintenance Engineer

Location: London

Package: £35-40,000 per annum DOE / 40-hour week / 22 + 8 days holiday / door-to-door pay / 1 in 8 on call / Van with private use / pension / mobile

The Role

We have been established for over 50 years, providing heating, air conditioning, fire protection, and ventilation services to our long-standing clients across the South East. Our main clients include schools, retailers, and commercial office buildings in London. We pride ourselves on our reputation, which has helped us retain many clients since inception.

We are currently seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer with electrical expertise to work across our sites in London.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carrying out PPMS on AHUs, ventilation systems, fire alarms, and general plumbing duties
  2. Performing fire alarm checks, water monitoring, and weekly building inspections
  3. Basic electrical maintenance
  4. Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently
  5. Following safety protocols and adhering to industry regulations
  6. Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns
Package
  • £35,000 - £40,000 per year
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 40 hours per week (most team members are home by 5 pm)
  • 22 + 8 days holiday
