Job summary

Valeo Foods UK is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance, breakdown reporting, and planning preventative maintenance across production lines.

The role requires hands-on experience in FMCG environments, strong electrical safety knowledge, and PC-based maintenance systems literacy. Working Mon-Fri, you'll contribute to GMP compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Competent in all forms of isolation, electrical safety and safe panel entry.
• Experience with FMCG operations.
• Proficient with PC-based maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily reporting of breakdowns vs PPMs.
• Prioritisation of repair work and planning machine performance.
• Collaborate with Planning to negotiate machine availability.
• Support external contractors and provide technical production support.
• Maintain housekeeping and complete paperwork with sign-offs.
