Candidates should have experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG settings and a relevant engineering qualification. Our client, a global medical device manufacturer, is looking to recruit an experienced electrically biased Maintenance Technician/Engineer. The site is state of the art with potential to move onto shift (25% uplift). This role is suited to someone looking to move into a GMP facility (from a BRC/FMCG background), or to move to days, or to further their career with an established medical devices company.
Maintenance of Medical Device Manufacturing equipment and processes located within controlled manufacturing areas. Carry out planned maintenance, calibration, machine changeover/set-up, and breakdown repair of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, associated with process equipment. Support site Facilities as required. Ensure recording of all work activities within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance within a regulated industry.
