Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking 3 Electrical Assemblers for a laser manufacturing company in Rugby. You will wire, crimp and solder electrical components to precise specifications, contributing to high-quality assemblies.

Candidates with proven hands-on experience in electrical assembly and local to Rugby (CV21) are encouraged to apply. Roles are full-time with temp-to-perm or permanent progression and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly with hands-on wiring and soldering.
• Proven ability to crimp and assemble electrical components to spec.
• Local to Rugby CV21 or close by with reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical products for a laser manufacturing company in Rugby.
• Wiring, soldering and crimping components to required specifications.
• Inspect finished assemblies and ensure quality standards are met.

£28K - £32K ( depending on experience )
