Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is recruiting 3 Electrical Assemblers for a laser manufacturing company in Rugby. The role is full-time with immediate starts and offers a salary of £28K-£32K depending on experience.

Working hours are 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday (early Friday finish). This Temp to Perm or Permanent position promises job security and the chance to work on the latest technology with strong support from a dedicated management team.

Qualifications

• Experience as an electrical assembler with strong soldering and wiring skills.
• Local to Rugby (CV21) with ability to commute.
• Proven track record in electrical assembly, not just a few months.

Responsibilities

• Wire, crimp and solder electrical products for a laser manufacturing company in Rugby.
• Assemble electrical components to the required specifications.
• Support production goals with accurate, quality-focused workmanship.
