Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

Role

The role involves delivering key electrical compliance contracts, including EICRs & remedials, PAT testing, and reactive repairs. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients to deliver and manage compliance programs and look for opportunities to up-sell the business. Good communication skills, a professional manner, and previous electrical experience are essential.

• Program management
• Quoting and costing for works
• Liaising with QS to ensure work quality
• Completing valuations and preparing jobs for invoicing
• Holding contract meetings with clients and teams as necessary
• Recruiting electrical engineers for relevant workstreams

The successful candidate will have

• Previous Area Manager experience, preferably in social housing or construction
• High-level courteous, professional customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible attitude and strong organizational skills
