A leading company in compliance and energy services is seeking an Area Manager to oversee electrical compliance contracts. The ideal candidate will have a background in social housing or construction, and will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
The role involves delivering key electrical compliance contracts, including EICRs & remedials, PAT testing, and reactive repairs. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients to deliver and manage compliance programs and look for opportunities to up-sell the business. Good communication skills, a professional manner, and previous electrical experience are essential.
