Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment is seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Tutor – Electrical for a permanent position in Worksop. The role offers a competitive salary (£33,487–£38,487 with MFS, depending on qualification) and the chance to drive career development for Electrical apprentices.

You will deliver high-quality teaching, support learners toward qualifications, conduct workplace reviews and maintain employer engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant industry experience within the Electrical sector.
• Assessor Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent).
• Experience supporting, assessing or mentoring learners/apprentices.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to equal opportunities and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to Electrical apprentices.
• Support apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship standards and qualifications.
• Conduct workplace reviews and maintain regular employer engagement.
• Monitor learner progress and provide appropriate support to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ensure all assessment and tracking documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
• Work collaboratively with employers to ensure apprentices develop the required knowledge, skills and behaviours.
