This is an exciting role to teach and assess electrical installation at Harrogate College, delivering Level 3 Installation and Maintenance apprenticeships.
You will join an enthusiastic, proactive team that strives to achieve the best results for learners. The team collaborates to ensure excellent outcomes.
We have a well-equipped, industry-standard, professional workshop for practical teaching. The role will also involve visiting learners in the workplace to assess their knowledge, skills, and behaviors in practice.
As an Electrical Assessor at Harrogate College, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of electricians. Your main responsibilities include delivering high-quality, engaging teaching and assessment. You will design and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance learning.
Additionally, you will contribute to developing the electrical apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring it stays current with industry trends and technological advancements. This includes creating new course materials, updating existing ones, and participating in curriculum reviews, involving employers to enrich the learning experience.
This role requires a dynamic individual committed to student success and effective collaboration with colleagues, industry partners, and the community.
