£17.30 per hour after one year

£17.90 per hour as Ember Ambassador

Overtime rates from £19.80 per hour

Ember, the UK’s first fully-electric, zero-emission coach operator, is hiring drivers for Dundee with routes to Glasgow and Edinburgh. You’ll be on the front line, keeping the coach moving and serving as the main passenger contact for issues or help.

You’ll learn new technology, help with bags, and keep the coach tidy while contributing to a great passenger experience. We offer progression, flexible leave, overtime options, and a strong environmental impact through electric travel.

Qualifications

• Full PCV licence: Category D or higher
• Up-to-date CPC and tachograph card or ability to obtain them quickly
• Safe driving with smooth braking and strong customer service
• Willingness to rotate between early/late/night shifts and plan ahead

Responsabilités

• Be the frontline driver and main point of contact for passengers
• Keep the coach clean and well-presented and assist with luggage
• Learn and use new systems and technologies to improve passenger experience
• Contribute to a positive, safety‑mocussed environment and suggest improvements
