Elective & Diagnostic Booking Officer (Endoscopy) - Wexham Park Hospital

An exciting opportunity within the Elective and Diagnostic team at Wexham Park Hospital. We are seeking an approachable, patient-focused individual who demonstrates our Trust values in their everyday work. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are also key. Responsibilities
  • The post holder will be responsible for booking appointments across all Trust sites.
  • They will have an active role in the implementation, as well as ongoing monitoring of both new and existing appointments systems.
  • The post holder will assist with meeting Trust targets.
  • The post holder will be required to offer very high customer service skills for patients and both internal and external staff.
  • Liaise with patients, clinical staff, and colleagues and use initiative to deliver an outstanding service.
