The post holder will be responsible for booking appointments across all Trust sites. They will actively participate in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of both new and existing appointment systems. The post holder will assist in meeting Trust targets and must offer excellent customer service skills for patients and staff, both internal and external.

You will work within our Pacing Team, supporting the smooth running of patient bookings and ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times.
