Collection & Delivery Driver
Shift Times: 0700-1500 - Monday - Friday, 37hpw
Pay Rate: £12.21
Location: Trowbridge
Assignment: Temp - 3 weeks work - 22nd April - 14th May.

Manpower are looking for Collection & Delivery Drivers to work for our client based out of Trowbridge. In this assignment you will be responsible for the delivery and collection of equipment to election polling stations and sites. Working in a team, you will deliver the equipment, set up stations and provide general maintenance throughout the 3 week assignment. You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment. The equipment you will be delivering can weigh up to 20kg so you must have the ability to lift 20kg and be comfortable with doing this throughout each shift.

The working hours are typically 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0700 - 1500 however these can change depending on business needs each day.

The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

To succeed, you will need:

1. To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
2. Hold a full valid UK Driving License.
3. Experience of driving a long wheel based van.
4. Comfortable and able to lift 20kg.
5. Safety conscious mindset is key.
6. Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
