Job Description

Westerdale Group now have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced elec bias Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an international, intralogistics engineering company. The ideal candidate will be tasked with performing planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance on a wide range of automated materials handling equipment such as conveyors, pick and place modules, ASRS, and cranes for a leading high street department store.

My client is a forward-thinking company that likes to promote within the business. They also provide training and support for career development.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum Level 3 electrical/mechanical qualifications
  • Panama days/nights - 12 hours (7-7), 4 on 4 off
  • Previous experience in an operational engineering role within a similar environment (material handling/FMCG/postal/sortation)
  • Experience managing small teams on a customer site
  • Familiar with basic hand tools such as spanners, screwdrivers, Allen keys
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to work in a time-critical environment
