Job Description:

I’m looking to hear from a passionate leader with deep expertise in learning design, user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, and client management, to join our social enterprise and charity. You will have the opportunity to influence the direction of learning innovation and make a meaningful impact in this senior role. As an e-learning Manager, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge learning solutions, focusing on delivering exceptional learning experiences that meet both learner needs and business goals.

If you have the following skills and knowledge, I’d love to hear from you:

• Strong foundation in learning, adult learning theories, and psychology
• Strategic thought leadership in learning design
• A strong portfolio of successful e-learning programs demonstrating expertise in UX/UI and instructional design principles
• Proven leadership skills (to manage a team and external agencies)
• Commercial awareness and demand generation
