Job summary

Swim England is seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Developer to join on a fixed-term basis (9-12 months) to design and develop engaging eLearning and blended learning for Swim England and the Institute of Swimming.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to turn requirements into effective digital learning experiences, using Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline to deliver high-quality products and continuously improve existing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing engaging eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts to turn requirements into digital products.

About eLearning Developer - Fixed Term Contract (9-12 months)

We are seeking an experienced and creative Learning Solutions Developer to join us on a 9-12-month maternity-cover basis, designing and developing engaging eLearning and blended learning solutions for a diverse range of Swim England and Institute of Swimming stakeholders.

You will work closely with subject matter experts and colleagues across the Learning Solutions team to turn learning requirements into effective, accessible and engaging digital learning experiences.

A key focus will be using Articulate 360, particularly Rise and Storyline, alongside multimedia, graphic and interactive resources to develop high-quality learning products and continuously improve existing solutions.
