About the role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing highly creative and engaging e-Learning courses in line with our clients’ expectations, as well as managing content for bespoke knowledge portals.

You will work collaboratively with content specialists, designers, and project managers as part of a busy delivery team, handling multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

e-Learning and Learning Management System (LMS):

• Develop engaging e-Learning courses and interactive game-based learning with designers and content specialists.
• Create SCORM compliant eLearning courses tailored to client LMS requirements.
• Build courses within Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, upload, and format content and animations.
• Perform quality checks on your own and team members’ work to ensure high standards.
• Attend client calls as required.
• Contribute to the development of our internal LMS platform.
• Manage client LMS accounts, including setup, creation, and reporting.

Content Management:

• Upload and format content and imagery into The Security Company’s CMS.
• Check site functionality and content accuracy (spelling, grammar).
• Support administrative tasks within SharePoint, including uploading and formatting content.
• Conduct statistics and analysis reporting.
• Provide CMS training to clients and staff, both face-to-face and remotely.

General:

• Support project managers and the delivery team to meet client requirements.
• Assist in developing and testing new products.
• Adhere to organizational and legal regulations and processes.
• Collaborate with sales to advise on technical requirements for tenders.
• Take responsibility for personal and professional development.
• Represent The Security Company professionally, aligning with company values.

Essential knowledge requirements:
