Job Description

The e-learning creator is key to delivering world class training materials and provide support on various projects, designing and producing a variety of material, such as training content, to an elevated level.

Key Activities And Responsibilities
  • Format documents in Word or other programs
  • Work with latest computer packages, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, as well as Adobe After Effects/PremierPro/Audition
  • Analyse and understand material costs and time limits which can impact on different designs
  • Create projects within budget, and to agreed company guidelines and deadlines, in a highly creative manner
  • Review designs for errors prior to use
  • Produce visuals and conceptual ideas based on briefs given, complete with bespoke branding to meet branding guidelines
  • Adhere to branding guidelines to produce additional training materials as required
  • Design infographics as required
  • Designing visuals used for presentations as per briefs
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Experience with animation/video editing packages such as Adobe After Effects/PremierPro/Audition (advantageous)
  • Experience working in a multi-market, multi-brand environment
  • Experience designing and producing digital or print graphics

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and clear understanding of effective marketing communication tools and processes
  • Knowledge and clear understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite CC, and popular video creation and editing software
  • Exceptional knowledge of photo manipulation and page creation software
  • Knowledge of animation and motion graphics principles
  • Knowledge of 3D design principle
  • Knowledge of typography principles
  • Knowledge of color theory
  • Knowledge of web design principles
  • Knowledge of UI design principles
  • Knowledge of UX design principles

Technical Skills:

  • Graphic Design: Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs for various media, such as print, web, and social media
  • Typography: Knowledge of typography principles and ability to create effective typographic designs
  • Color Theory: Knowledge of color theory and ability to create color schemes that enhance design
  • Layout Design: Ability to create effective layouts for various media, such as brochures, websites, and social media graphics, and ensure users are captivated, informed and engaged
  • Web Design: Knowledge of web design principles and ability to create effective designs for websites and other digital media
  • User Interface (UI) Design: Knowledge of UI design principles and ability to create effective user interfaces for websites, software, and other digital media
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Knowledge of UX design principles and ability to create effective user experiences for websites, software, and other digital media
  • 3D Design: Knowledge of 3D design principles and ability to create 3D designs for various media, such as games, movies, and product prototypes
