Supportive Team | Flexible Working | Excellent Pay

Enjoying flexibility is a significant advantage of being part of this team. Currently, the council provides an opportunity for you to work from home for up to 2 days per week, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while tending to your personal or childcare commitments.

At Leaders In Care, we understand the importance of acknowledging and valuing the hard work social workers contribute. That's why we offer an exclusive loyalty bonus, added to your hourly rate, to ensure that you genuinely feel appreciated and integral to the team.

Being a part of this team means you'll have the chance to grow and develop both personally and professionally, supported by a caring and dedicated team. The council are committed to keeping you updated on best practices and emerging technologies, empowering you with the confidence to embrace new challenges.

Your primary duty will involve working closely with clients to develop tailored care plans that address their emotional, social, and psychological concerns. You will provide counseling, therapy, and support services to assist seniors in coping with life transitions, grief, loneliness, and other mental health issues. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients to relevant resources, such as support groups, community programs, or specialized healthcare services, all while advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.

Leaders in Care can provide competitive rates, supported by a service that has earned 460 5* Google reviews. This includes weekly check-ins, support during your placement, and a market-leading timesheet & payroll system, eliminating the Friday stress of refreshing your bank to check for your money!

To be considered for this position, it's essential to hold a Social Work Qualification and maintain registration with SWE.
