Home Instead Norfolk is expanding its team and looking for caring, compassionate Elderly Befriender Care Assistants to support clients living at home with a range of needs throughout Norfolk and in your local area.

We offer flexible working patterns including mornings, afternoons and evenings, with shifts between 10 and 35 hours per week. A £500 welcome bonus is paid as £250 after 3 months and £250 after 6 months. A valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Experience as a Care Assistant or Elderly Befriender is welcome, but full training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Help with personal care where needed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers around the home.
• Oversee basic medication support as required.
• Help with housework, cleaning and cooking meals.
• Run errands and support client with shopping or prescriptions.
