Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor - Casualty Injury Team
Location: Birmingham

We are working with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their specialist Casualty Injury Team based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and complex caseload involving Employers' Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims, with the chance to support senior lawyers on high-value catastrophic injury matters. Experience handling litigation related to healthcare or construction sectors would be a notable advantage. The team acts for a broad and established client base including corporate entities, commercial insurers, and third-party administrators. Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will also contribute to wider business development initiatives such as seminars and client training.
