Job summary

Bond Turner Limited is recruiting an EL/PL Solicitor to join our Personal Injury team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator to manage a varied caseload within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

You will own a caseload of pre- and post-litigated employers’ liability and public liability matters, progress files, review evidence, draft pleadings and statements, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial while advising clients throughout the

We are currently recruiting for an EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury team based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to manage a varied caseload within a fast‑paced and supportive legal environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of a caseload of pre‑ and post‑litigated employers’ liability and public liability matters. You will be responsible for progressing files efficiently and effectively, including reviewing liability evidence, drafting pleadings and witness statements, negotiating settlements, preparing cases for issue or trial, and providing clear, confident advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
