This is a really exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked: Legal 500 Firm within their Personal Injury Team.

Our client is looking for an experienced lawyer - whether a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Paralegal to run their own caseload and assist on employers and public liability cases of the upmost severity, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, and fatality claim in excess of £1M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on multi-track personal injury cases to £Multimillion
• Investigate liability and quantum
• Review medical records and take witness statements
• Draft court documents and provide complex client advice
• Attend conferences, JSMs and negotiate settlements

You will be working with Leading Legal 500 Ranked Partners at a firm with fantastic progression opportunities within a supportive environment on high profile cases.
