You’ll lead a team working on a diverse mix of fast- and multi-track personal injury matters (valued up to £100k), including EL, PL, OL, and RTA claims. You'll guide, develop, and support colleagues, maintain high technical standards, and ensure outstanding client service — all while managing your own caseload.

• Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with expertise in EL/PL work
• Proven track record of success in serious injury or multi-track personal injury cases
• Passion for leadership and developing others
• Excellent technical knowledge and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and organisation skills
