Job description

The Eightfold Design Lead is a key role responsible for driving the design and implementation of Eightfold AI solutions across client engagements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that Eightfold AI is effectively integrated into client talent processes, balancing technical solutioning with business requirements to drive successful outcomes.

Working closely with client stakeholders, project teams, and the broader Eightfold implementation team, the Eightfold Design Lead focuses on ensuring that solutions align with business needs, user experience principles, and best practices for AI-driven talent acquisition and management.

Key responsibilities

  • Eightfold AI Solution Design and Implementation
    • Lead the design and configuration of Eightfold AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client talent acquisition and management processes.
    • Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from workshops and requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
    • Act as the primary SME for Eightfold solutioning, ensuring the platform is optimized for client-specific needs.
    • Leverage best practices and knowledge from past implementations to drive efficiency, scalability and adoption
  • Supporting Eightfold Capability Growth Within EY
    • Lead and support internal Eightfold enablement and knowledge sharing.
    • Contribute to training and accreditation programs, helping EY consultants build Eightfold expertise.
    • Develop and maintain implementation toolkits, templates, and best-practice guides to improve future project delivery.
  • Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning
    • Act as SME on Eightfold product including product developments and roadmap enhancements
    • Use product expertise to support internal teams and client discussions on solution feasibility, design trade-offs, and implementation considerations.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on Eightfold AI capabilities

    Key Skills and Expertise

    • Eightfold AI Functional and Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of Eightfold’s modules, capabilities, and configuration options.
    • HR Technology Implementation - Experience in designing and deploying skill based HR technology solutions, preferably within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Workforce Planning
    • Client-Facing Solution Delivery – Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, conduct workshops, and engage stakeholders effectively.
    • Problem-Solving and Fit-Gap Analysis – Ability to assess client needs, evaluate system capabilities, and design optimal solutions.
    • Testing and Deployment Execution – Hands-on experience with UAT planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Training and Enablement – Ability to support internal capability building, train teams, and document best practices.
